Ally Paterson is the founder of Altitude HR - an independent HR consultancy based in Cheshire, UK. Ally holds an impressive variety of HR and commercial experience spanning over 15 years. She takes a pro-active, hands-on approach to HR which is grounded in direct commercial exposure.
In her career to date, Ally has pioneered Operational HR practices and Risk & Compliance processes, nurtured and developed High Performing Teams, recruited and embedded Top Talent, managed complex Employment Relations cases, and driven large scale Strategic Projects, including Organisational Design and Change Management.
Ally really gets what it's like to be on the ground, driving sales and owning the P&L, so she understands your business’s challenges and demands and tailors her approach to suit the unique needs of each client.
